Cancelation Policy

You can cancel any order or delivery on the "Tracking Details" page by clicking/tapping on the relevant items in the order label.

Before your product is packed:

If your delivery status is "Processing" or "Confirmed," you can use the "Cancel Products" button, and any applicable refund will be processed immediately.

After your product is packed:

If the delivery status is "Packed," "Shipped," "On its way for delivery," or "Awaiting pickup," you can use the "Cancel Shipment" option, and any applicable refund will be processed within 24 to 72 hours. The exact refund period can be found on the "Tracking Details" page.

Please ensure to cancel products/delivery operations by accessing "Orders" to receive refunds as quickly as possible.
