Refund Policy

You can return the product if it is not listed in Attaaar's non-returnable product list and if received under the following conditions:

Incorrect product (if the product is unused, in its original undamaged packaging, with all labels and tags).
Defective/Damaged product (for electronics, opened packaging will be accepted if there is a discrepancy in the description or displayed images).
If you change your mind or ordered a product by mistake, we will agree to the return process under the following specified conditions:
Products must be in their original packaging from the seller (sealed and closed box) and not damaged or in poor condition. The packaging must be sealed and intact.
For oud and incense orders, the original product seal and markings must be present with the original packaging.
For other products, returns will be accepted if the product is in its original undamaged packaging, including all accessories.
The amount will be refunded to your Attaaar store credit or to your credit card after we inspect the products.
